Food delivered last night by a lady called Sarah but one item missing. Just as Sarah was dropping it off, noticed another item was incorrect. Castle promptly replaced the entire order. Wanted to thank the guy at the other end of the phone for excellent customer service and Sarah who ended up coming out to us 3 times. Sarah is an absolute credit to you with her professional and friendly approach.

Normally very good from here but today they forgot chip spice even though I asked for it and the food was only just warm, we had delivered and normally collect maybe this is why. Disappointed today
